R2Re - Raw to Ready Engineer, is a certification program designed to help engineers to enhance their employability skills effectively. The courses offered are customizable to make candidates ready for various functions, and they provide a solid foundation for young engineers to start their careers with vertical skill development.

Purpose of R2Re

The main objective of this Raw to Ready Engineer (R2Re) certification program is to develop and enhance the participants’ skill in Quality, Production, Production Engineering, and Maintenance. The program is customized based on the industrial requirements to make the participants ready for their respective functions. They are trained by subject matter experts with rich industry experience in Business Management Systems and Standards with the Auditing process, Application of Core Tools, Problem Solving Techniques, TPM, Lean, Industrial engineering along with shop floor training in industries.

Certification programs are intended for aspiring individuals from educational institutions, OEMs, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations.

Courses offered

Certified Quality Engineer – CQE

Objective - This program aims to enhance the participants' skills in the Quality Maintenance platform and make them ready for Quality functions.

Certified Production Engineer – CPE

Objective - This program aims to improve the participants' skills on the Production Management platform and make them ready for various roles, with training from industry experts.

Certified Maintenance Engineer – CME

Objective - This program aims to develop and enhance the participants’ skill in Maintenance Management functions.

Certified Engineer for Product Inspection – CEPI

Objective - The Omnex Certified Engineer Product Inspection (CEPI) program module aims at practically enhancing the inspection capabilities of aspiring engineers by providing a comprehensive classroom and shop floor. This training module consists of topics about inspection like AQC, QMS Awareness, Application of Core Tools, GD&T, Measurement Systems, Problem Solving Techniques, 7QC Tools, and 7QC steps.

Eligibility

Diploma / Graduate engineers / Working professionals with < 3 years of experience.
Candidates with a background B.E., B. Tech, and Diploma (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Electronic & Instrumentation, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering).

Training Methodology

Theoretical and practical sessions are supported by case studies, understanding work exercises, and periodic assessments including project work assignments.

Course Duration

For Freshers – 45 business days span of virtual and live classroom sessions along with work assignments on a specific module.
For Freshers – 75 business days span of virtual and live classroom sessions along with a shop floor training plan.
For Working Professional – Weekend Program with a span of 3 months of e-learning and live faculty sessions with a work assignment on a specific module.
