Course Objective

The main objective of this Raw to Ready Engineer (R2Re) certification programme is to develop and enhance the participants on the platform of Quality, Production, Production Engineering and Maintenance. The programme has been customized based on the industrial requirements to make the participants role ready for the respective functions and the participants are trained by subject matter experts with rich industry experience on Business Management Systems and Standards with Auditing process, Application of Core Tools, Problem Solving Techniques, TPM, Lean, Industrial engineering along with shop floor training in industries.

Certification programmes are intended for aspiring individuals from Educational institutions, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations. The programmes are customized based on the requirements of Automotive, Engineering and General Manufacturing companies.

Courses Offered

The Omnex Quality Engineer Certification (CQE) programme has been customized based on the industrial requirements to make the participants role-ready for quality functions. CQE participants are trained by industry-experienced faculty on Business Management Systems and Standards with Auditing Process (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015), Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA), Problem Solving Techniques (7QC Tools, 8-D Approach, Six Sigma Concepts), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Enterprise-wide Quality and Integrated Management Systems (EwQIMS) along with shop floor training in industries.

The Omnex Certified Production Engineer (CPE) programme has been customized based on the industrial requirements to make the participants role-ready for production functions on the platform of Production Management. CPE participants are trained by industry-experienced faculty on Business Management Systems and Standards with Auditing Process (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, Internal Auditing, Integrated Management System (EMS, QMS, OSHAS)), Automotive Core Tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA), Problem Solving Techniques (7QC Tools, 8-D Approach, Six Sigma Concepts), Industrial Engineering Techniques (IE), Total Productive Maintenance (Autonomous Maintenance), Lean Manufacturing Principles and Enterprise-wide Quality and Integrated Management Systems (EwQIMS) along with shop floor training in industries.

The Omnex Certified Maintenance Engineer (CME) programme is to develop and enhance the participants on the platform of maintenance management based on the industrial requirements to make the participants role ready for maintenance functions. The Certified Maintenance Engineer (CME) programme participants are trained by industry experienced faculties on Business Management Systems and Standards with Auditing Process (QMS: IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, Integrated Management System EMS, QMS, OSHAS, Internal Auditing), Application of Core Tools (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Problem Solving Techniques, TPM - Total Productive Maintenance (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance), Basic Leadership skills and with shop floor training in industries.

The Omnex Certified Engineer Product Inspection (CEPI) programme module looks at practically enhancing the inspection capabilities of an aspiring engineer by providing a comprehensive classroom and shop floor or intend learning environment. Our Certified Engineer Product Inspection (CEPI) training module consists of topics pertaining to inspection namely QAQC, QMS Awareness, Application of Core Tools, GD&T, Measurement Systems, Problem Solving Techniques, 7QC Tools, and 7QC steps.

Training Methodology

Theoretical and practical sessions supported by breakout exercises, project working, shop floor training and with periodic assessments

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh engineering graduates, diploma holders and working professionals with less than 3 years of experience.
